1. Who we are

This site is operated by 3D Ninjaz, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 3D Ninjaz.

2. Accounts

An account is optional — you can check out as a guest using just your email address. Creating an account lets you track orders, reorder faster, and keep your full order history in one place. If you do have an account, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect your account has been used without permission.

3. Ordering and payment

Pick a 3D-printed piece, personalise it where available, and check out in seconds. All prices are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Payment is processed by PayPal — we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed only after PayPal returns a successful payment capture; if payment fails, the order is cancelled automatically.

4. Delivery

Every piece is made to order in our Ninja Studio, so expect a short lead time before your parcel ships. Typical production and shipping time frames appear on each product page and in your order confirmation email. We ship all over Malaysia. For international orders please contact us.

5. Faulty items, replacements, and refunds

We do not offer refunds. Because every piece is custom-made to order, we instead remake and replace items that arrive faulty or defective.

If your item is faulty, let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to ship the faulty item back to us at your own cost; once we receive it and confirm the fault, we’ll remake your piece and send you a replacement free of charge.

This policy covers manufacturing or printing defects only. It does not cover change-of-mind returns or damage caused after delivery. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in MYR on the product page. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place an order is the price you pay for that order.

7. Liability

Our products are supplied “as is”. We take care to describe items accurately and print them to a good standard, but we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or this site, to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders placed before an update are governed by the terms in force at the time of order.
